Zero Waste

University of Arkansas Zero Waste Goal

The University of Arkansas will be a zero waste institution by 2021. The EPA defines zero waste as a diversion rate of 90% or greater. This means that at least 90% of all waste produced on campus must be kept out of the landfill.
